Licensed Practical Nurse – Community Care Physicians (Delmar Internal Medicine)

Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. This is a 40‑hour week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. The position is eligible for a recruitment and retention bonus of up to $3,500.

• Administer and record vaccines.
• Document verbal conversations with patients (when appropriate).
• Record information into patient records accurately, legibly, and promptly.
• Maintain timely patient flow.
• Prepare patients for visits based on office and provider requirements.
• Obtain specimens (e.g., urine, blood) from patients as directed by the provider.
• Enter orders accurately and promptly into the lab system.
• Perform clinical office procedures as directed by the provider, including PFT, EKG, nebulizer, medication administration, and immunizations.
• Process patient prescriptions.
• Discuss test results with patients per provider’s instructions.

$26.00 – $33.00 per hour. Individual compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and skills. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
