Licensed Practical Nurse – Long-Term Care Facility (Isabella Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing Care)

You will be responsible for delivering nursing care to residents/patients in our long-term care facility under the supervision of the Nurse Manager, Nurse Coordinator and/or RN.

• Certificate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse Program
• NYS LPN license required
• Good clinical patient care skills
• Valid BCLS
