Care for our community, and your career.
* Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
* Knowledge of new trends and techniques in Nursing.
* Previous hospital LPN exp. is pref.
* BLS required.
* Possesses a thorough knowledge of nursing principles.
* Demonstrates ability to provide quality patient care.
* Possesses ability to assess patient's needs, e.g. clinical, teaching, mental and spiritual.
* Must recognize safety issues to self and others and be able to assess and implement use of lifts  to lift and move patients in a safe manner .
* Must be able to function well in stressful situations and have good, creative, problem-solving skills.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate.
* Demonstrated commitment to quality, timely, and cost-effective patient care.
* Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills required.
* Detail attentiveness required. Individual must be self-motivated and willing to self-direct.
* Ability to simultaneously handle multiple assignments and projects with speed and accuracy.
* Able to work efficiently and effectively under time constraints.
