Job DescriptionDirect patient care as a member of Attending Physician led teams in the Emergency Department at NYC H+H Bellevue. Includes evaluation, primary management and disposition of undifferentiated acutely ill and injured patients within the Fasttrack and core teams of the Adult Emergency Services sections of the ED.
Minimum QualificationsAdditional preferences:
- Strongly prefer National Board Certification in Emergency or Acute Nurse Practitioner (NP) Certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANPCB).
- Two clinical years’ experience as Emergency or Acute Nurse Practitioner (NP) preferred.
In addition to base compensation, you may also receive the following based on the Collectively Bargained Agreement:
- An annual education differential if you currently possess an appropriate degree in nursing or an allied health discipline: BSN or allied health ($900), MSN or allied health ($1,200), DNP or PhD ($2,500).
- An annual certification differential of $1,878 if you currently hold an appropriate nationally recognized certification.
- An annual nursing experience differential ranging from $1,097 up to $9,100 for up to 10 years of experience if you have outside nursing experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
