Pay Rate: $170,000 - $175,000 annually

• The Interim Clinical Nurse Manager, Med/Surg will oversee day-to-day operations throughout the department.
• Reporting to the Patient Care Director, this leader will guide the team through transitions, provide mentorship, and foster a positive work environment.
• This leader will assess current needs and implement process improvement initiatives.
• Seeking an experienced, visible leader with a strong med/surg and/or telemetry background and compassionate leadership.
• Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.

• BSN is required.
• Active NYS RN license is required.

• Compensation Range: $170,000 to $175,000 annually.
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
