Rate: $27 - $31.63/hr. plus $3.00 shift diff (depending on experience)

• Resident Care
  :
  Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care tailored to residents’ needs.
• Medication Administration
  :
  Accurately administer medications and treatments per care plans.
• Collaboration
  :
  Work with the interdisciplinary team to create and update care plans.
• Documentation
  :
  Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and progress.
• Leadership
  :
  Guide and mentor Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure optimal care.

• Licensure
  :
  Active and valid LPN license
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care (preferred).
