RN Supervisor Pay Range: $38/hour to $44/hour (including shift differential)

Location: Gasport, NY

Shift: Full-Time

Annual Salary: $79,040 - $96,520 (depending on experience)

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 for select shifts

, a 5-star rated 80-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our compassionate and professional clinical team. We are located just 15 minutes from Lockport and 25 minutes from Williamsville.

• Supervise nursing staff including LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality resident care.
• Coordinate daily staffing, patient care assignments, and clinical activities.
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care per resident care plans.
• Provide direct resident care and respond to changes in resident conditions.
• Support interdisciplinary collaboration and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist in onboarding, mentoring, and performance coaching for team members.
• Document accurately and report changes in resident conditions to providers and leadership.

• Registered Nurse (RN) required
• 1+ year RN experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care preferred
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience a plus
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to supervise and motivate staff while promoting a positive culture
