Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

Location: Northeastern United States (Onsite)

Employment Type: Contract, Day Shift, Mon-Fri, 09:00AM-05:30PM

Compensation

Pay Range: $31.36-$44.80 Per Hr

Description

• Provide professional nursing care to patients of diverse backgrounds.
• Support patients physically and psycho-socially, including LGBTQ individuals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage patient care.
• Participate in the planning and development of the Nursing Department.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform health teaching and counseling under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
• Conduct patient observations and obtain objective data.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Perform diagnostic testing and report critical lab values.
• Maintain hygienic and safe working conditions.
• Facilitate teamwork and address issues with a positive approach.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse License in the Northeastern United States.
• At least one year of professional nursing experience in a clinic setting.
• Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
• Basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation (BLS CPR) Certificate.
• Computer literacy.
