Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation:
- Local Pay: $78 – $81 per hour
- Travel Hourly Equivalent: $89.12 per hour
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse – Interventional Radiology to support a fast‑paced IR department. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, experience assisting with interventional procedures, and the ability to work collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures
- Assist physicians during diagnostic and therapeutic IR procedures
- Prepare patients pre‑procedure and monitor patients post‑procedure
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and contrast agents per protocol
- Monitor patient condition, vital signs, and recovery
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with hospital policies
- Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
- Active New York State RN License
- AHA BLS certification
- AHA ACLS certification
- IV therapy and phlebotomy experience
- Prior Interventional Radiology or procedural nursing experience
