Pay Range: $120,000-$160,000 Per Year

• As a full-time role, the Nurse Practitioner will work weekdays with occasional flexibility required.

• Certified and licensed Nurse Practitioner in NY.
• Eligible for Medicare participation.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with complex adult populations.
• Valid driver's license; comfortable with local travel.
• Tech-savvy with experience in multiple electronic medical record systems.
• Fluency in English;
  Spanish proficiency preferred.
• Adaptability to a dynamic and evolving work environment.

• Certification in Adult, Family, Geriatric, or Acute Care.
• Ability to practice independently.
• Experience with predictive analytics in clinical decisions.
