Seeking a Part-time Physicianss Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care in a school-based health setting.
- Follows school schedule with summers off and potential summer center work for extra pay.
- Reports to the Chief Medical Officer; no supervisory responsibilities.
- Requires graduation from an accredited PA or Nurse Practitioner program, current NY licensure, and appropriate certifications.
- Provides comprehensive patient care including history, exams, diagnostics, treatment, and referrals.
- Manages acute and chronic conditions, performs minor procedures, and supports community health initiatives.
- Participates in team collaboration, quality improvement, and community outreach.
- Maintains confidentiality, adheres to standards, and completes ongoing education.
- Must be licensed, CPR certified, and willing to relocate to Marathon, NY.
Compensation is $65,000-$75,000 annually, with benefits including 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance, and paid time off.
