• Shift: 12-hour day shifts, 3 shifts per week
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2050 - $2200

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York
• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room nursing experience required
• BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS certifications preferred
• Strong clinical skills in emergency care, professional communication, conflict resolution, time management, and organization
• Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team

• Deliver direct patient care and family support within the full scope of ER nursing practice
• Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate emergency care programs and services
• Collect observation data, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Coordinate patient movement and staff assignments as charge nurse when needed
• Receive pre-arrival reports from EMS and coordinate with triage for walk-in patients
• Collaborate with House Supervisor, ward clerk, provider staff, ED techs, RNs, and crisis evaluators
• Maintain high standards of care in a 29-bed Emergency Department, including 5 psych-safe rooms
