Location - On-site in Far Rockaway, NY (Queens)

• Conduct thorough assessments and document resident progress, tailoring care plans accordingly.
• Implement physician orders effectively, ensuring resident well-being.
• Offer empathetic support to residents and their families, upholding professionalism.
• Administer medications and treatments, ensuring top-quality care.
• Maintain meticulous records of care services, adhering to accountability standards.
• Adhere to strict infection-control protocols, protecting all within our facilities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet residents’ needs comprehensively.
• Champion our care philosophies, guaranteeing personalized and dignified attention for each resident.

• Valid New York State RN License
• Preferred:
  At least one year of experience in Skilled Nursing
• Mandatory:
  Current CPR/BLS certification
• Demonstrated excellence in technical, assessment, and documentation skills
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong independent decision-making capabilities
• Availability for a minimum of three days a week to ensure continuity of care
• Successful completion of drug screening and background check
• Compliance with State and Federal employment regulations in a Nursing Facility
• Exceptional teamwork and communication skills
