Now Hiring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)! Park Nursing Home in Rockaway Park, NY is located next to the boardwalk and a block down from the shuttle station from the A line. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team of superstars. LPNs provide direct nursing care to our residents, work alongside a collaborative team, and help ensure that our residents receive the highest quality of care in a safe and supportive environment.

- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

- Collect information from the patients to be admitted; medical records, insurance details
- Record health details of patients; including vitals & temperature
- Help the patient prepare for medical examinations and take test samples from patients
- Administer medications and injections to patients as needed
- Treating and dressing wounds as needed
- May be required to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants
- Help patients get dressed & take care of personal hygiene
- Monitors patients’ food and liquid intake and output
