As a PRN Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in New York City, NY
. The role floats to multiple health centers across Manhattan (Midtown to Downtown) and includes front and back office support, phlebotomy, point‑of‑care testing, vaccine administration, and Monday‑Friday day shifts between 7:00 am‑7:00 pm.

• Assesses patient care needs, conducts nursing evaluations, and provides treatment within scope of practice
• Collaborates with physicians and other healthcare practitioners for further medical evaluation and care as needed
• Performs and documents medical tests, screenings, and treatments as defined in site contract (EKG, audiometry, spirometry, vision)
• Administers medications and emergency care within legal scope of practice
• Maintains medical equipment, ensures a clean and safe environment, and follows infection control procedures
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up‑to‑date records
• Educates patients on health promotion and participates in follow‑up care
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Certificate from an accredited nursing school or associate degree (A.S.) is required; bachelor’s degree (BSN) is preferred
• Currently licensed registered nurse in state of practice required
• Current certification with hands‑on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for healthcare providers is required;
  Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services
• Certification in occupational health nursing (COHN/COHN‑S), emergency nursing, or case management preferred and may be required for some sites
• At least three years of experience as a registered nurse in an emergency room, occupational health clinic, or other ambulatory care clinic

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $45.00–$50.00 per hour. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
