As a key member of our Women’s Health Center, A Breast Imaging Center of Excellence, you will focus on the customer service of the breast imaging patients and guide them through the biopsy and localization procedure. This includes patient assessment, vitals, pre-procedure intake, post procedure education, post procedure breast care, procedure room set-up and break-down, and procedure supply ordering.

• Providing administrative and professional medical services relating to breast imaging procedures, take history, physicals, data collection, medical chart review, lab result reporting, follow-up communications, procedure scheduling, patient tracking as required by MQSA (will train).
• Participate in protocol implementation of Women’s Health policy and procedures.

• BSN Required
• New York State Registered Nurse
• 2-3 years nursing experience preferred
• Strong analytical skills, as well as clinical diagnostic capability
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, physicians and staff
• ACLS and BLS certification from the American Heart Association

USD $52.14 – USD $78.49 /Hr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
