Parker Jewish Institute is seeking a full‑time Registered Nurse (RN) Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team of professionals in the Nursing department. The ADON reports to the Clinical Director of Nursing and is responsible for overall care provided to patients by the nursing staff. This key leadership role offers staff support and interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure quality care standards are consistently achieved.

- New York State RN license.
- Degree in Nursing or related field; BSN a plus.
- 3+ years of experience as an RN in a medical/surgical, rehab or long‑term care environment.
- Prior supervisory or management experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership ability; ability to lead teams and empower staff.
- Communicates effectively with others; is cooperative and helpful.
Salary: $120,000 – $130,000 per year
