Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to complete in-home assessments for home care clients. This position is ideal for nurses looking for flexible scheduling, per-visit pay, and independent field work.

• Complete comprehensive in-home assessments
• Perform medical, social, and environmental assessments
• Obtain and document vital signs
• Develop and document a plan of care
• Obtain and coordinate physician (MD) orders
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
  
  Conduct Aide supervision visits as required

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home care experience preferred)
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Ability to work independently
