Luxor Nursing and Rehabilitation at Mills Pond is a state‑of‑the‑art facility providing long term and short term stay. We are actively seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to work at our Skilled Nursing Facility in St. James, NY.
Job DescriptionProvide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit.
- Medication Administration, including IVs.
- Taking and recording vital signs.
- Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
- Provide resident and family education.
- Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
- Supervising CNAs.
- Current License – LPN.
Up to $40/hour.
