Our Patient Navigators partner with the Care Team to help patients grow their families. Working hand‑in‑hand with the nursing team, they provide patients with the information they need to approach their treatment cycle confidently. They simplify an often difficult and confusing process to ensure a seamless transition to the nursing team for cycle management.
Responsibilities- Generate journey maps and calendars based on treatment plans
- Facilitate, track, and document the completion of tests and diagnostic procedures
- Develop trust and positive rapport with all new patients
- Explain complex medical processes and terms in a digestible manner
- Monitor patient compliance and readiness for treatment
- Schedule appointments
- Bachelor's degree
- Passion for reproductive healthcare
- Exceptional communication skills
This is a full‑time, non‑exempt on‑site position that requires early hours, rotational weekends, and holidays.
CompensationThe starting salary range for this role is $26‑$29 per hour. Salary is based on job‑related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and/or degrees.
