About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Neonatology Nurse Practitioner for a locum tenens assignment in New York. This 48-day opportunity begins Jan 25, 2026, and requires coverage of both day and night 12-hour shifts in a NICU setting.   4x12s; day shifts (7am-7:30pm) and night shifts (7pm-7:30am); 2 day and 2 night shift providers needed

• Conduct independent rounding in a NICU setting
• Provide advanced clinical care for critically ill neonates
• Collaborate with attending neonatologists and multidisciplinary NICU teams
• Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions in premature and critically ill newborns
• Document all patient encounters and clinical decisions accurately

• Must have current New York NP license
• Previous NICU experience required
