Seeking a full‑time Supervising Nurse (RN) at a 192‑bed skilled nursing facility dedicated to long‑term and rehabilitative care.
Responsibilities- Lead nursing care during assigned shifts, supervising RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
- Oversee resident care, ensure proper documentation, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
- Manage compliance with care plans, staffing, and regulatory requirements, including MDS assessments and QAPI initiatives.
- NY‑S RN license, 1‑2 years of nursing experience, CPR/BLS certification, and knowledge of MDS and PDPM. Leadership skills are essential.
