RN Nursing Supervisor – Overnight Shift
We are seeking a self‑motivated, outgoing, and team‑oriented Registered Nurse to serve as the Nursing Supervisor on the 7 pm–7 am, 12‑hour overnight shift at the Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation, located in New Hyde Park, NY.
About the RoleThis key clinical leadership position involves coordinating and administering nursing services during overnight shifts, supervising clinical care delivery, providing staff support, conducting investigations and audits, and ensuring compliance with Parker’s policies, procedures, standards, and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and administer nursing services for the overnight shift.
- Supervise delivery of clinical care and support staff.
- Investigate and audit patient care as needed.
- Monitor compliance with organization policies, procedures, standards, and regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain quality care standards.
- New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
- Experience as an RN in a skilled nursing, assisted living, or post‑acute setting.
- Experience as an RN Supervisor, Manager, or Charge Nurse preferred.
- Availability to work three 12‑hour shifts per week, including every other weekend.
- Competitive salary: $110,000 – $120,000 per year.
