Overview
Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN) – NOW OFFERING DAILY PAY! The Phoenix Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is looking for a talented and hard-working Full Time Wound Care Nurse to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge in long-term wound care in a nursing and rehab facility.
Responsibilities- Responsible for accurate and timely documentation of wounds in the nurse's notes at least weekly
- Responsible for all treatments required by licensed nurse on your shift and ensuring the wound care treatments are carried out at other times
- Evaluate high risk patients for pressure reduction interventions methods
- Conduct body assessments and documentation on all new admissions per policy
- Round with doctors weekly to assist with assessing residents
- Must be a self starter, hard working and dedicated professional willing to join our team
- Current and valid RN license in the State of NY
- Active CPR Certificate
- Point Click a Plus
- Wound care certification desired
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in LTC preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and a team player
The salary for this position is negotiable and will depend on experience and qualifications; a full benefits package will also be included.
Salary Range: 110-140k
