A leading private practice specializing in sports medicine and non-surgical orthopedics is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team in Manhattan. This full-time position offers a competitive compensation package, including medical malpractice coverage, CME allowance, paid time off, and a strong base salary with a collections-based bonus model.

Compensation: $150000 - $160000

Job

Job Function:

• Utilize the Modernizing Medicine (Mod Med) EMR system.
• Provide coverage across sites in Manhattan.
• See approximately 10–15 patients per day (one location averages up to 20, with MA support available).
• Perform EMGs, trigger point, and ultrasound-guided injections; may also administer Botox for chronic headaches.
• Receive initial support from the owner during the first few weeks, then transition to working autonomously.
• Patient demographic: 100% privately insured, health-conscious, athletic adults with pain management needs.
• No weekend or on-call schedule; patient messages managed through an app.
• Practice offers a supportive environment with very low turnover.

Job Requirements:

• Active NY State License.
• Interest in PMR, Orthopedics or Pain Management.
• Masters Degree/BC as Nurse Practitioner (family or adult) or Physician Assistant.
