Your Responsibilities

Lead and support your medical team in delivering high-quality patient care.

Collaborate closely with attending physicians to assess, diagnose, and provide treatment plans.

Coordinate effectively with patients’ families and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Manage a diverse range of acute, chronic, and post-surgical conditions across various clinical environments.

We're Excited About You if You Have:

An active New York State Nurse Practitioner License

Experience in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (preferred, but not required)

Previous experience in rehabilitation or healthcare settings (advantageous, but we’re eager to train the right candidate!)

A collaborative spirit, excellent communication, and strong leadership abilities

Salary &

Incentives:

Competitive base salary of $130,000 - $160,000 annually

Excellent incentive pay opportunities (potential to earn $180,000+ per year!)
