RN Supervisor Pay Range $38/hour to $46/hour (including shift differential)

Location: Gasport, NY

Shift: Full-Time

Up to $46/hour plus $10,000 Sign on Bonus (including Shift differential)

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 for select shifts

Absolut Care of Gasport
, a 5‑star rated 80‑bed skilled nursing and rehab facility, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our compassionate and professional clinical team. We're located just 15 minutes from Lockport and 25 minutes from Williamsville.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise nursing staff including LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality resident care.

Coordinate daily staffing, patient care assignments, and clinical activities.

Administer medications, treatments, and wound care per resident care plans.

Provide direct resident care and respond to changes in resident conditions.

Support interdisciplinary collaboration and ensure regulatory compliance.

Assist in onboarding, mentoring, and performance coaching for team members.

Document accurately and report changes in resident conditions to providers and leadership.

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RN)
required

1+ year RN experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or long‑term care preferred

Previous leadership or supervisory experience a plus

Strong clinical assessment, communication, and time‑management skills

Ability to supervise and motivate staff while promoting a positive culture
