Clinical Coordinator
DaVita is seeking a Clinical Coordinator who is looking to give life in an outpatient dialysis center. Key Responsibilities- Coordinate ESRD patient care and services (trend lab values, track metrics on vital signs, weight, outcome management, etc.). Ensure the highest level of care, safety, comfort, and well‑being.
- Operate dialysis machines and support patient observations with PCTs.
- Support training at the assigned clinic or a training clinic; potential to float to various clinics during and after training.
- Maintain a flexible schedule: mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Build meaningful, long‑term relationships with patients and families in an intimate outpatient setting.
- Deliver care to patients with multiple co‑morbidities, leveraging broad nursing skills.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team: staff RNs and other clinicians.
- Current registered nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- At least 18 months of registered nursing experience, including at least 6 months of dialysis experience.
- Dialysis Charge RN readiness approval by Clinical Nurse Manager or RN‑licensed FA/GFA.
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) preferred.
- Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg preferred.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred; three‑year diploma accepted.
- Current CPR certification.
- Completed training approved by the medical director and governing body as required by CMS guidelines.
- Basic computer skills, proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
- Supervisory experience preferred; willingness to supervise.
- $15,000 Retention Bonus.

Wage range $53.00 – $69.00 per hour, dependent on qualifications.
