Location: Gasport
Assistant Director of Nursing – ADON
Absolut Care of Gasport (20 minutes north of Williamsville)
Pay: Up to $90,000 + $10,000 sign‑on bonus
Schedule: 4 days per week, 10‑hour shifts
Facility: 80‑bed, warm, community‑focused nursing home
We are looking for a committed professional to assist the Director of Nursing (DON) with daily clinical operations, support and coach the nursing staff, ensure compliance and quality care, and promote a positive resident‑centered culture. This role offers stability, teamwork, and the chance to make a real impact.
