Title: Substance Abuse - Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner

Location: New York, NY (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full Time Mon-Fri 09:00am-05:00pm (One Late Evening Per Week)

Compensation: Salary: $155,000–$160,000 Per Year

• This role requires a Nurse Practitioner with a focus in Family or Adult Medicine to provide comprehensive care in a primary care setting.
• The position is full-time, located in New York, NY, with a standard weekday schedule and one late evening.
• Candidates should be experienced in using electronic health records and providing both acute and chronic care management.

• Current New York State licensure and registration as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Experience in Primary Care and management of HIV/AIDS.
• Experience in harm reduction and Buprenorphine treatment.
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems.
• Current DEA registration.
• Current CPR certification.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

• Certified in Family or Adult Medicine.
• Demonstrated expertise in HIV/AIDS medicine.
• Visual and auditory acuity for patient interaction and medical procedures.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance.
• Maintains CMEs/CEUs required for licensure.
• Current Infection Control certification.
• Experience with addiction or substance abuse treatment.
