Sunset Nursing & Rehab is seeking a compassionate, resident‑focused Director of Nursing to guide our nursing team, support staff growth, and help shape exceptional care for the older adults who call Sunset home.

Lead and inspire the nursing team with warmth, integrity, and accountability

Partner closely with the Administrator and department heads to deliver high‑quality care

Support a healthy, collaborative culture rooted in compassion and respect

Oversee quality measures, regulatory compliance, infection prevention, and care planning

Mentor nurses, elevate CNA skills, and support growth from within

Help create a positive work environment where staff and residents feel valued

Registered Nurse (RN) license required

Nursing leadership experience in long‑term care preferred

A steady presence who leads by example and listens first
