Emergency Department Nurse - 12 Hour Nights Location

New York, NY

This is a 13-week contract position.

12-hour night shifts, from 7 PM to 7 AM.

We are seeking a qualified Emergency Department Nurse to join our team. Nurses will be responsible for providing care to patients of all ages in a fast-paced emergency setting. The unit operates as a NYS Designated Stroke Center, serving a wide range of emergency medical needs.

• Provide high-quality direct patient care in a busy emergency department.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, including reading strips and administering drips.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive care.
• Participate in trauma care as needed.
• Maintain appropriate nursing documentation in the EPIC charting system.

• Active New York State Nursing License in good standing.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Experience with IV administration and ventilator management preferred.
