We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Rehabilitation Unit to work PRN nights, 1‑2 nights per week, with a minimum of one weekend shift per six weeks and a minimum of one major and two minor holidays per year.
Responsibilities- Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
- Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
- Provide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient.
- Perform timely and appropriate documentation in the medical record related to medical necessity.
- Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
- Perform timely and accurate QI assessments.

- Current state RN license.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school.
- Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
- ACLS and PALS certification required within six months of hire.
- One year of experience preferred in rehabilitation.
- ASLS certification preferred.
