• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (New York RN license preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a Medical/Surgical nursing role
• Certifications:
  
  BLS and ACLS required; PALS preferred
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to serve as charge nurse as needed
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Provide high-quality patient care to diverse adult and geriatric populations in a med/surg unit
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, vital signs, and progress
• Administer medications, IVs, and treatments according to physician orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Offer leadership and support as a charge nurse when required
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
