• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State or compact state
• Minimum 1 year of recent Medical Surgical nursing experience
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to adult patients in the Medical Surgical unit
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to nursing interventions
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for patient care and discharge planning
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, procedures, and post-discharge care
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive clinical environment
