- Salary: $120,000 base with potential bonuses up to $40,000.

- Provide comprehensive primary care, including health promotion, disease prevention, diagnosis, and management of illnesses; collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care.
- Perform physical exams, interpret tests, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans; educate patients on health conditions and lifestyle modifications.
- Requirements: NP license, strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and primary‑care experience preferred.
- Work in person in Auburn, NY, day shift, delivering evidence‑based care in a fast‑paced environment.
