Adult/Family Nurse Practitioner - Bronx, NY (Onsite) – Full Time
Title: Certified Recovery Peer Advocate
Location: Bronx, NY
Employment Type: Full Time – Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Compensation: $140,000 – $160,000 per year
Summary- Join a primary care practice in the Bronx, NY as a confident and independent Adult/Family Nurse Practitioner.
- Full‑time, onsite role requiring autonomous patient encounters, comprehensive care, and collaboration with healthcare teams to enhance community health outcomes.
- The position operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
- Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program.
- Active New York State NP license.
- Board Certification as an Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in primary care or family medicine.
- Proficiency in diagnostic testing and chronic disease management.
- Strong clinical judgment and empathy.
- Cultural competency and ability to work independently.
- Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN).
- Active New York State NP license.
- Board Certification as an Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner.
