This is a guaranteed M W F only 5a- about 6 - 6:30 assignment with stable scheduling and consistent dialysis care delivery-ideal for RNs seeking dependable hours, great pay, and a respectful agency partnership.

This role is not per diem or last-minute - it's ongoing and full-time, offering long-term consistency in a subacute/long-term care dialysis setting.

• Administer and monitor hemodialysis treatments in a skilled nursing environment
• Evaluate and document patient status before, during, and after treatments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to tailor patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on dialysis treatment and chronic kidney care
• Ensure infection control, safety, and documentation standards are met

• Active New York RN license
• Minimum 1 year dialysis experience (chronic or acute)
• Background in SNF, LTC, or subacute rehab preferred
• BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Reliable, consistent, and able to maintain a full-time schedule

• $58/hour guaranteed pay
• Weekly pay with direct deposit
