Base pay range: $26.00/hr - $28.00/hr.

Schedule:

Full Time 7:00am - 3:00pm, every other weekend required.
Shift differential offered for night, evening, and weekend shifts.

• Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents’ rights
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing of bed linens, positioning, transfer, mobility, and incontinence care as needed
• Assist in monitoring medication programs
• Dispense medication in accordance with physician orders and as stated on the Medication Administration Record for all residents
• Monitor and report any resident changes in condition in accordance with rules and regulations and PSL policies

• Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse with a current license in good standing
• Minimum of one year of experience working as a nurse serving a senior population
• Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly, required
