The Endoscopy Center of Queens (TECQ) is actively seeking a Director of Nursing to join our elite team. This state‑of‑the‑art endoscopy ambulatory surgical center located in the heart of Astoria, Queens, features three procedure rooms. This is a working position where you will be directly involved with patient care. Directorof Nursing
- Manage and mentor nursing staff including training
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the anesthesiologists and gastroenterologist providers
- Knowledge of accreditation standards
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in the Quality Improvement Program
- Be responsible for the nursing care received and ensure that high standards of care are maintained
- This is a working position where you will be directly involved with patient care

Work Schedule:
Monday‑Friday with some Saturdays, No Sundays.
- Job Type: Full‑time
- Salary: $145,000 - $170,000
- Competitive sign on bonus
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing required – MSN preferred
- Active New York State Registered Nurse License
- Minimum of 5 years of RN experience
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership
- Ambulatory Surgical experience preferred
