We are looking for the most talented and effective individuals to join our rapidly growing company.

We are seeking a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner with at least one year of outpatient cardiology experience to support a growing cardiology service line. This role works collaboratively with cardiologists and clinical staff to provide high-quality, patient-centered cardiovascular care in an outpatient setting.

• Conduct comprehensive cardiovascular assessments, including history, physical exams, and risk stratification.
• Manage and follow patients with cardiac conditions such as hypertension, heart failure, coronary artery disease, arrhythmias, and hyperlipidemia.
• Order, interpret, and review diagnostic tests (EKGs, echocardiograms, stress tests, Holter monitors, labs).
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with cardiology physicians.
• Prescribe medications and adjust therapies in accordance with evidence-based guidelines.
• Provide patient education on disease management, lifestyle modification, and medication adherence.
• Document clinical encounters accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Coordinate care with referring providers, imaging, and ancillary services.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocols.

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in NY.
• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient cardiology Nurse Practitioner experience.
• Board certification (ANCC or AANP).
• Active DEA (or eligibility to obtain).
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular disease management.
• Excellent communication and clinical judgment skills.

• Experience in outpatient cardiology or multispecialty practices.
• Familiarity with EPIC or similar EMR systems.
• Experience managing a high‑volume patient panel.
