Compensation: $135,000-$150,000 Per Year

• Join our team as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant specializing in pulmonary care.
• This full-time position is based in Bronx, NY, and involves working with patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Responsibilities include patient assessments, chronic disease management, and supporting pulmonary procedures.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for patients with pulmonary conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests like chest imaging and pulmonary function tests.
• Manage chronic respiratory diseases with supervising physicians.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and lifestyle modifications.
• Assist with or perform procedures such as thoracentesis and bronchoscopy.
• Provide inpatient consults and discharge planning.
• Prescribe medications and therapies within scope of practice.

• PA:
  Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program with a Master's degree.
• NP:
  Master's or Doctorate in Nursing with a concentration in Adult, Family, or Acute Care.
• Current state licensure as a PA or NP.
• National certification (NCCPA for PAs; AANP/ANCC for NPs).
• DEA license and prescriptive authority.
• BLS and ACLS required; PALS preferred if working with pediatric populations.
• 1-2 years in pulmonary, internal medicine, or critical care preferred.
