Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department - PD

Registered Nurse Responsibilities
- Coordinate a patient‑focused team in providing direct, collaborative health care across a variety of clinical settings to promote and restore optimal health across the life span.
- Utilize all components of the nursing process to provide culturally and religiously sensitive care that respects patient rights.
- Apply case‑management skills to deliver comprehensive, coordinated, seamless care to individuals and groups.
- Facilitate the patient–provider relationship by integrating care across disciplines.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program;
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. - Current New York State RN license.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
- One year of medical–surgical experience and one year of specialty experience preferred.
- ANA certification or equivalent specialty certification preferred.
- Proficiency with EMR systems and ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform duties.
- Strict confidentiality of patient information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary Range
USD $58.91 - USD $64.91 per hour
