Pay Range: $43.00–$46.00/hour

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Assists the Director of Nursing; plans, develops, organizes and coordinates day-to-day functions of the nursing department. Full-time, Evening shift (3p‑11p).

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, and direct nursing services for residents on the assigned floor.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and facility policies.
• Review complaints and grievances filed by staff; report appropriate to Director of Nursing.
• Ensure an adequate stock of medications and supplies is maintained.
• Assist in the development of written assessments of each resident’s nursing needs.
• Make nursing/aide assignments as indicated.
• Encourage staff to attend outside training programs and schedule times as appropriate.

• Minimum of two (2) years of direct care experience in long-term care, restorative, or geriatric settings.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience as a nursing supervisor, preferably in a nursing home setting.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must meet state licensure or certification requirements and have no disciplinary action in effect against professional license.

• A nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
