Position Overview

The Laurie M. Tisch Illumination Fund (Illumination Fund) seeks a Grants Manager and Office Operations
with experience supporting foundation grantmaking.

Location:

New York, NY (Hybrid – in-office three days per week)

Salary: $95,000-$120,000 annually, plus excellent benefits

• Grantmaking Administration and Systems Leadership
• Data Reporting, Dashboards, and Process Improvement
• Office Operations and Vendor Management
• Event and Communications Support

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience administering grants with a minimum of 2-3 years at a grantmaking entity (foundation, philanthropic institution, or other grantmaking organization)
• Demonstrated experience managing and improving grants management systems
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
• Experience with foundation grants management systems (Foundant preferred; Fluxx, Giving Data, or similar systems also relevant)
