About the roleThis pilot program is a Cash Plus model that combines unconditional direct cash transfers (DCTs) with optional supportive programming and services for 9 to 12 months to support young adults ages 18 to 24 to secure safe and stable housing. The Cash Plus approach recognizes that young people often face both financial and non‑financial constraints to long‑term housing stability and thriving.
The cash amounts will be delivered over a 9 month period and supportive programming will be delivered over the time frame with an additional 3 months of support provided after the cash transfers end.

The Care Coordinator will enroll youth in the DCT program, provide care coordination services, support supplemental programming, and collaborate with established programming and/or outside partners.
