DescriptionSupport Breakthrough New York in selecting the Class of 2036!
Breakthrough New York's (BTNY) upcoming Admissions Interview Day will take place on 4/3, 4/10, and 4/11 at the Breakthrough New York Office in the Financial District.
Interview Days are the last stage of BTNY’s admissions process, where prospective 6th‑grade students and their guardian(s) participate in 60‑minute interviews with BTNY staff and volunteers. Our interview process aims to provide BTNY’s Admissions Team with a deeper understanding of the motivations, knowledge, and commitment of both students and families to ultimately determine if they are a good fit for BTNY’s 10‑year program, and vice versa.
Additionally, interview days offer an opportunity for prospective students and their guardians to ask questions and meet and engage with our BTNY community including staff members, board members, and current and former BTNY students and families.
Volunteers will play a crucial part in supporting our full‑time staff in interviewing prospective students and families as well as making sure the days run smoothly.
