Finance Associate

Threshold Group is looking to hire a new Finance Associate. This role will be responsible for working day-to-day on the fundraising operations for various Democratic campaigns at the Local, State, and Federal level.

Responsibilities for this role will include:

• Researching prospective donors.
• Working with candidates in call time.
• Interacting directly with potential donors to solicit contributions and plan fundraising events.
• Managing client databases.
• Drafting copy and event invitations.
• Staffing fundraising events and meetings.

Salary range is $48,000 - $60,000 per year depending on your experience level, and includes health insurance and a 401(k). The position is in-person at our office in midtown Manhattan. Please email your resume to  with the subject line “Finance Associate”.

Qualifications for this role are:

• At least one cycle of campaign experience. There will be a strong preference for candidates with prior fundraising experience and proficiency with NGP/Act Blue/Numero.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.

• Positive attitude and task-oriented.
