Duties and Responsibilities

• Call time staffing, data management, research, and prospecting
• Staff call time for the candidate
• Ensure databases and contact records are organized and up to date
• Identify and research prospective donors
• Track and execute all required follow up from calls

Other Finance Staff responsibilities

• Coordinate fundraising activities with fundraising consultant and other team members
• Finance Intern/Volunteer Program management (recruitment, training, management)
• Thank you letter program
• Staff fundraisers and prepare necessary briefing materials

Qualifications

• Applicants must be highly organized and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced campaign environment
• Ability to work long hours including nights and weekends on a regular basis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiasm for meeting with and coordinating with campaign donors
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel and database experience
• Prior fundraising experience strongly preferred
• Must live near or be willing to relocate to New York City area
