Volunteer Opportunity – Program Impact Report

This is a volunteer opportunity provided by the Taproot Foundation, a nonprofit creating social change through pro‑bono connections. Missions for Love Beyond Borders is seeking a skilled volunteer to help create a polished, concise Program Impact Report that tells the story of our first year of programming and growth. The report will be used to communicate impact to donors, partners, volunteers, and board members.

The project is well‑scoped and realistic for a Taproot engagement, with an estimated 2–3 hours per week over a limited number of weeks.

• Review existing materials (program descriptions, activity summaries, basic metrics, testimonials)
• Help define and structure the impact report (sections, flow, key messages)
• Refine written content to be clear, professional, and donor/partner‑friendly
• Assist in identifying meaningful impact indicators (direct and indirect reach)
• Provide guidance on layout/content best practices for a report that may be used digitally and in print
• Provide light copy‑editing or recommendations for visual presentation (e.g., Canva or PowerPoint) – optional depending on skill set

The final deliverable will be a ready‑to‑use impact report draft that our team can confidently share and adapt.
